[if it helps, the way they're mostly on their stomach shows pretty much everything. their hand and wrist are torn up, their side punctured. a scratch or two tore open their back and the back of a leg, the lacerations made much larger when they transformed from a tiny bird to a full sized human. they're not too deep, thankfully, but wide.]

[Before Luca can finish, there's the oppressive sound of thunder from outside. It happens in rapid succession, too loud and too frequent to be natural.

[And with that he's running up the stairs as fast as he can.]
